ASAT is now on LinkedIn!
In an effort to reach a wider audience of professionals, ASAT has joined LinkedIn, the world’s largest professional online networking site! We are excited to join over 500 million LinkedIn members from over 200 different countries, to showcase the important work that we do at ASAT.
LinkedIn will help us achieve several of our strategic goals as an organization. This platform will give us a new way to share content that professionals want to see and share with others, which will help us to expand our global reach and influence. Specifically, we aim to connect with like-minded professionals who share our passion for ensuring that people with autism and their families can access safe and effective interventions and supports, as well as organizations that promote and develop evidence-based practices for children and adults with autism. Our posts will include announcements about our Externship or other collaboration opportunities.
LinkedIn will also allow us to share our monthly publication, Science in Autism Treatment, including all of its rich content, with a wider audience. We look forward to using LinkedIn to share our timely and accessible content about advancements in autism research and practice, such as research synopses, treatment summaries, and interviews with families and professionals.
We hope you can help us make this page a successful part of our mission as it takes a village! As we are in our early stages, here are a few things you can do to expand our efforts.
-
- Follow ASAT on LinkedIn.
- Share our ASAT Online LinkedIn page with your colleagues, co-workers, supervisees, and students and encourage them to follow us as well.
- Share our posts either on LinkedIn or other social media platforms that you use!
