Many thanks go out to Germaine Ibrahim and a great group of high school students enrolled in her Introduction to Applied Behavior Analysis class at the Christian Calvary School in Old Bridge, New Jersey. We are particularly appreciative of their efforts as this is their 2nd year supporting ASAT. Not only did this group raise $198, they promoted awareness and provided evidence-based information by sharing awareness decals with their peers and faculty.

This bright and enthusiastic group of students organized multiple activities, including having faculty wear blue jeans for $1, a bake sale, and letting students shed their uniforms one day for $1. Another activity to commemorate autism awareness week was a mural of puzzle pieces created by students, demonstrating how we all fit together as a community.

Fundraisers like these not only support ASAT financially, but more importantly, support the mission of disseminating evidence-based information to the public. Thank you to the whole group at Christian Calvary School, we want to celebrate your efforts and hope your events become a yearly activity!
